Challenge: In the Beginning... (Basic Editing III)

Shot in the dark, wearing a black shirt, one small ceiling track light aimed from across the room, and heavily diffused on board flash. In ps, cropped, brightness/contrast, hue/saturation, levels, resized. I know this is veering strongly into the "digital art" realm, but that is what I felt was needed for this shot/theme, besides, I kind of like the style. Nothing really subtle about it at all, "In the beginning...God created the heavens and the earth..." Anyways, thanx for checking out my pic. :-) |

Very nice effect.. did you try black and white - I've always found skin to look better in B/W.

| I like the idea. It's very interesting the way you created the "blue smoke" in this picture. Details? I think the lighting on the fingertips of the hand on left is just a bit too bright. |

| clever effect and a bold image. contrast is very high inthe hands, and highlights seem a bit strong on my monitor. Like the shot and execution, however. |
