Good balance, and a nice natural subject. The right side of the rock appears a bit soft to me.

For me, a touch over-exposed. The point of this seems to be the motion blur of the water, and it's the water that's flared out.

I like that you went out and found some natural symmetry, rather than setting up your shot - it makes the image stand out more. Love the flowing water.
