These posts were part of the old railroad trestle system that cut across the Great Salt Lake. Some posts I've captured were telephone poles, but in a group of three like this, I'm not sure what these were.
The mountains in the background are the northern Wasatch mountains, and were I just a bit higher, you could probably see Odgen Utah just below them.
