Wow, what a stud he is too! The one in Gale's barn is named AJ, short for AppleJack.

This is a very nice shot, the angle is well done but I could have lived without the butt, LOL! :)

Coloration decsion was well done, just a bit of a bright spot on his nose but nothing major. Was at an 8 (because of the butt) but I'll forgive you for that and raise you to a 9 :)

Beautiful sepia to enhance the deep beauty of this cool guy. Bumping up.

This is my second go around =) - I love your title =) I really like your idea for angle... however, his backside is distracting from his face... at least to me =) Otherwise, EXCELLENT! Great job! Tones, contrast are perfect.

I like this horse shot, the angle from haunches is a good one and the desaturation works, too...good expressive face.

like the visible head. Think the horse butt (that what that is?) detracts a little - doesn't add to the image. 7 Good colors.

What a horse's ass! That's in the way, I mean... It's a beautiful portrait, but I think the butt is butting in. Good luck in the challenge! 8

I love this picture. I love the hay in his mouth and how he seems to be turning around to look at you. I love the crop. It's just one of my favorite pictures. Good luck.
