 Jamaica was a pregnant feral cat who adopted my wife in Jamaica. The rest is a long story but suffice to say since then she has had six babies and now lives in Maryland, has the run of the neighbourhood and chooses to come home every night. Oh yes, just levels and sharpen - other than that it's how it came out of the camera.

Good composition and focus. I like the warm tones in the background but wish it could have stretched the entire length of it. The eyes are usually the big draw with cats and so it's interesting to see this one with the eyes not visible. Seems a little noisy but not distractingly so.

Love the background glow has a nice effect on this tabbytat... I bet you he was purring in this photo :)

This is my second go around =) - I love the very soft lighting... makes me want to reach out and pet her =) I think it should have been cropped a little differently, looks like her face is about to lean out of the photo. Otherwise, excellent job!!!

Don't we all dream of summertime, especially as I sit here in my blanket shivering, LOL!

Very nice shot, the quiet nap like state, the cropping is all done very well. The lighting is nice, but the background is a bit of a distraction. I had this at a 6 but am bumping to an 8
