Hi agwright...
I think the color in this photo is excellent.. Whatever modifications you made to get that combination worked nicely :) I also like your compositional choice... the strong diagonal always works for me and it gives this photo a nice abstract quality. I normally don't care for heavy color modifications, but this one works :)
The shallow depth of field works very well here also... It forces the attention to the blades... I really don't have a very strong 'critique' for you because I can't offer any suggestions to improve what you have done here, and I like your resulting photo :)

| The colours and clarity grabbed me on this shot. I really like the composition, clarity, colours (of course) and dof. A well thought through macro shot which deserves a high mark. Excellent work and GL in this weeks challenge. |

| Hmmm. This caught my eye because of the lighting used here. I think blacklight? Maybe not, but whatever it is works very well. Great sharpness and the bold diagonal lines of the razor add a lot. |

| Hmmm. Nice idea. For some reason, it doesn't really work for me. Perhaps it's the crop, perhaps it's the colour. Not sure. Would be interested to see more shots on the same theme. |
