Well seen capturing the shadows and intersecting lines.
Can't say this stands out as abandoned, but give all the benefit of the doubt in this challenge and assume it so.
Was the blur intentional?

| Probably blured on purpose, but I think it's hard to tell what I am looking at. Looks like vents; not sure it's interesting enough and/or appropriate in this challenge. |

| It doesn't look like a parking garage. It looks like a window. I'm not sure what we are suppose to be focusing on. It's a cool photo though. |

| Without the title I'd have no idea of what I'm looking at. Appears to have needed a tripod for a very low shutter speed. Very hard to view due to the lack of focus. |

| A bit blurry for my taste. I dont think the blur adds to the emotion of the shot. Iteresting composition but I don't buy that its an abandoned building either. Good luck! |
