 Hadn't planned on shooting for this challenge but when I visited a local Metro Park there it was! This was once a beautiful estate owned by The Halle family, who owned and operated a very large department store in Cleveland, Ohio for many, many years.

Beautiful place !
I maybe would have cropped a bit more to focus the attention on the beautiful "ruins" and would have added more saturation to brighten the greens and stone tones.

Nice framing attempt. I think I would have moved in just a touch to get rid of the angled trunk on the right.

I would have tried getting a bit closer to avoid having some of those small trees in the foreground that are a bit distracting and take away from the structure itself.

75% of the images in this challenge have been oversaturated, over sharpened. This is pleasent to look at but could use a tiny touch more color and the blurred trees would be better cropped off. Nice image then.

I enjoyed your photo. The colors of the forest and the house seem to blend together a bit but what more can you expect in the middle of the forest right? Good job.

Although the trees seem to somewhat frame the picture, I ultimately find it distracting to the overall picture composition.
