 This shot is of a sunroom as seen through a fenced-off window of an abandoned Psychiatric Institution. Frankly, the whole place was creepy as hell. I felt that this image of a sunroom, with a hanging plastic flower pot empty and discarded, was testament to the once beautiful and now decrepid area where patients in this mental institution likely enjoyed the mornings.

Good photo. Good detail in the shadows. Being REALLY picky, I would have rotated it just a tad to line up the bars in the rear window with the edge of the picture. Just my opinion. It's nice the way it is.

doesn't look too abandoned, but enough for me as i like the capture of light and shadow in b/w. cool composition and subject

Great idea. I just don't see this building as abandoned. Like the focus you used, composition is good. The image really works in b&w.
