hello from the CC:

I love this image because of the composition. You shot this at a good angle, but perhaps 2 or 3 steps to the left might of eliminated those somewhat distracting objects on the right, like the crane. I love the black and white too, you have achieved good contrast here, good lighting.

I also think in a challenge such as this that requires you to show texture, you could of zoomed in a bit. Shoot it at a lower angle so you dont lose your nice sky and you wont lost much water either. great title and definatly above average in image quality.

This is a neat shot!..I love how the house is on the water, it looks very sharp. I like it alot! I also like how it is in blakc and white, it gives it a nice effect.

I like the angles on this shot. The only thing I find distracting is the crane on the right and the clutter around the crane.
