Well, this is just a great macro example - it is something that you wouldn't normally see up close. The close-up really adds a lot to ones appreciation of the subject as well which is something a good macro should do. You notice the texture right off.
That is a great score too! I actually think that the lighting could be a little more even. The dark shadow in the upper left is especially noticeable. Although, the directional lighting probably does help with the 3D effect of the texture.
You got a lot of feedback already so I don't think there's much more for me to add. Great idea!! Focus seems a tad soft in a couple of areas - such as bottom left corner. |

| I thought this looked pretty silly at first. I've reconsidered. The contrast between the marshmallow stuff and the background and/or chocolate is great. The texture is fabulous. I never would've thought to do this. what a great idea - 9 |
