So gloomy but a nice picture. Makes me sad. Mary~

a little lacking in contrast
04/18/2005 10:18:38 AM
very soft.

A soft touch is one thing, but this seems downright out of focus and is hard on the eyes.

Great composition and a good choice for B&W presentation.
I really would like to have the original to "play" with as I think this shot has so much potential if the sky were burned in and the bldg were dodged.
Not sure if the blurryness was done in processing or not, but is hurting this image in my opinion.
PM me if you want me to process it/play with it, either now or later. There is just "something" that is grabbing me about the shot.

This could be better if the obvious clarity were better.

such a cool building

I like the building. It looks like a very interesting subject. The focus seems quite soft, I also think there is not enough contrast. Might have looked better in color.

Seems out of focus....
04/14/2005 11:35:28 PM
The focus is a bit too soft for my taste.

Hey Jason!

I think I know this building -- on the way to Ellensburgh or the NY bridge from Vergennes or something?

Really nice perspective and feel to this. The blur effect is VERY subtle - I can see why you got focus comments. Best of luck - there are a TON of entries here. :)

Great potential. BUT, the whole picture is very fuzzy and hard on the eyes. Either needed a tripod or?? I don't think this is from resizing. What a truly unique location.

Seems very soft focus........composition good

This image is coming out very soft and looking out of focus, though I like the character of the building.
04/13/2005 11:14:56 PM
blurry but it seems to work here 9

Not quite sharp enough. Good choice of buildings.
04/13/2005 03:16:33 PM
soft, not crisp enough 5
04/13/2005 02:23:08 PM
If this was sharp and clear it'd be a great shot, even using a sharp filter might have helped.
04/13/2005 02:13:10 PM
this looks like its out of focus, but would make a very good photo for this challenge
