| A great shot but it could be a bit more 'edgy' with some more editing. For example, I think this could benefit with darker levels and a slight increase in contrast. It just seems too much like a normal zoo snapshot. |

| Two problems 1) the rock is a background or minor element. It could be cloned out and the photo would be essentially the same. 2) the rock is not rock, it's some wierd manmade thing that vaguely resembles rock. so this is a photo which contains as a minor element a material designed to fool us into thinking it is rock. If you've read this you have suffered the full measure of my punishment for not meeting the challenge. It's a nice photo of a tiger. That's not a paper tiger, is it? |

| A very nice shot of a tiger, I would have rated this high in "wildlife" or something similar but what has this shot got to do with the theme of rock paper scissors. I know according to the challenge specifications you only need to have one of those items in the shot but here the rock is in such a minor role that IMHO this shot is totally off topic. Please PM with me if you dissagree but I felt that you were entitled to an explanation as to why I am only giving this a 4. I would probably have given this 7-8 if this had been on topic. |
