Try cropping the left side of the photo at the bottle. See if that will bring more focus to the two women

Nice cafe. This would be a good place to catch all the colors, but they are hidden in shadow.

Nice candid shot. To me the b/g is a bit busy, a shallower dof may have helped to isolate the couple having the conversation.

The harsh highlights combined with the murky shadows seriously detract from the image. The highlight on the guy's hand / chin is quite distracting. Since the couple seems to be the focus of the image the DOF should have been shallow enough to render the guy with the shiny glasses as a shadowy blob. The clutter on the left side of the image seems to serve no purpose. Even if all these technical issues were fixed I'm still not convinced I'd find the couple particularly interesting.
