Maybe a little lower angle from the left would bring out the petals more, and reduce the flatness. |

The only suggestion that I might make about this is to move it a little farther from the center of the frame. As it is now I feel like alot of the foliage around the dandelion is ignored because the eye goes straight to the middle and gets stuck there.
Technically I think it's right on with exposure and contrast, becasue the flower definitely stands out. |

this has potential, but the flower shouldn't be in the center of the photo and the stick is rather distracting |

Dandelion would be better further from the center of the picture. Similarly, the stick, dividing the picture in half, takes away from the composition. |

With the soft focus I don't think there is a lot here to grab the viewer. Ivy and a dandylion on a stick. Lack some punch. |

almost center placement hurts the composition a bit (IMHO), like the diagonal element |
