My mother's solarium, on a rainy day.
Shot using my Zenitar 16mm FishEye 2.8. I love this lens!
Created a blended exposure from a single photo, but processed for both the highlights (+0.5) and the shadows (-0.5), using EVU. Blended in PS7 using method from Luminous Landscape.
In PS7: Levels, greyscale, quadtone, USM (50, 50, 0), cropped, resized, RGB, saturation, B/C, dark outer edge, USM, Gaussian Blur, save for web.

i usually take whatever i get out of the camera, and maybe fiddle with it some (you know, the basics). every now and then, though, i find an image i have to set aside because i know it's going to need a bit more work than what i can do in a few hurried minutes. the point? i think this image could really use some distortion correction. i don't know how involved that process is, but this image just doesn't appeal to me as is. hopefully others will think it's really cool. |

This makes me feel very uneasy (in a good way!) like a hitchcock film! the chairs... are LOOKING at me...

I want to imitate this style for a shot. I really can not see a flaw. 10 |

Nice still life. Very peaceful. Good choice of composition. How did you get the curve in the windows? |

This shot has a nice feeling of solitude to it. Good use of super wide-angle. |

Nice image which has a good feel to it but in some ways it looks a little too structured or staged perhaps if one of the chairs was turned into the table more to give a more natural look would have been better. |
