Everything seems too NeatImaged, especially texture of left hand, which looks like a child's.

I find the shadow from the top blade of the scissors distracting. A slightly deeper DOF would have allowed you to keep the bottom handle and fingers in focus.

ok, this one is ok... I can't say it's out of focus or whatevere, but anyway lacks something to be a great pic... it's a bit boring
