 At the abandoned Whitby Psychiatric Hospital.

This didn't qualify for Abandoned Buildings and I sat out Free Study because of probable "abandoned building" fatigue.

The sad thing is, the city is tearing it down to build residential homes :(
I think it might be gone already, I haven't confirmed that though...
