Nicely framed, though I'd prefer no lamp poles. |

I think this could benefit by adjusting levels or contrast so the white part of the dog would pop more. |

well caught, portrait would have helped without posts but always not possible when catching the moment like this one! |

Nice catch, both of you. Did you throw the frisbee, too? The timing and catch of the dog's shadow are great, and it looks like the perfect shutter speed for this - just a little blur in the boving fur to show motion, but the eye (with highlight!), teeth, etc. all nice and sharp. The flagpoles detract, and there's a yellow cast. LIke many photos here, this could use a positive gamma adjustment to bring out a little detail in the shadows. With a little editing, this would make a good one for your wall. |

This is a fun photo, too bad about the vertical lines caused by the two poles. I like it a lot though. |

Nice catch of the Border in the air crisp shot |

I like the shadow and the teeth! The poles detract from the composition though. |

I love this dog. It's the polls I don't like. (ie. composition) |

This is pretty cool. My monitor is dark and I almost missed him. It looks like he's standing flatfooted on air. Nice shot. |

I love the way you caught the dog in action, but the colours here are very dull. Some good photoshop work (or some other application) would be very helpful here. |

I could never get my dog to do that, the only thing he would do was eat my shoes and wallet. I know it is hard to stop action but maybe if you would have shot it from another angle you could have gotten the lamp posts out of the background or at least kept them from sticking straight out of his back and nose. The color looks a little flat too, if you are using photoshop try auto levels, if not try to brighten the picture and add a little red and blue. Should make it look a little better |

Great idea.....too bad the goal posts in the background cut your picture up so much. The expresion on your dogs face is great! |

watch out for things in the background of your photos. This could have been great if it wasn't for two poles and the tree above the dog's tail. Tighter crop may have helped as well. Well done stopping the action tho. |

this is a wonderful action shot...too bad the poles in the background look as if they're holding the dog up |

This is a wonderful capture... This would have been a great entry for the stopped motion challenge a few weeks ago as well... Black dogs are VERY difficult to photograph and get any detail in the fur... I don't think this photo could have been framed any better and it scores a 9 with me :) |

Love your dog. Color is a little off here on my monitor. Dog is a bit lost in the background. |

This is a cool picture but unfortunately it suffers from lack of post processing. Try to get your hands on a copy of a decent photo editing program. Then play with brightness and contrast. Just opening this photo up in Photoshop and doing auto levels and auto contrast does wonders for the image. |

Don't you hate light poles. No deduction for them though, great timing on this shot. |

awesome shot - wouldn't change a thing, since the poles seem to be bolted to the ground :) - great job. |
