Hmmm, time of day was probably around 4:00pm-ish. We just missed the last boat to the island so we just ended up taking the harbour cruise, this was taken from the boat, Ferry... whatever. Very grey and overcast day. But the sun did peek out here and there. My Ground Zero (free Study) shot was taken a little later the same day and you can see the sunset in it.
As far as treatment, don't remember all the steps but obviously converted to B&W (can't remember if it was via channel mixer or greyscale>quadtone) and I know I used the high pass filter and a little USM as well. With curves and levels as needed, cropped and darkened the edges a bit. Probably not very helpful... I really need to get better at keeping track of my steps. :-) Thanks for taking a peek!
Now tell me, why do you have a piggytailed Icon?!? :-P
