| Boy, taking this pic just wasn't a good idea was it? Never take pictures for a challenge when you have the flu! |

| The sky has a dominating part in this photo though there is nothing interesting, for example clouds, colours or birds. The scenery would be better in the late evening, I think. I would have left more space between the left edge and the building - now the shot seems a little unbalanced. |

| Your camera doesn't seem to be able to handle the dynamic range in the scene, and your exposure seems to be weighted more toward the sky than the boathouse. Coming back later in the day might have given you more favorable light. |

| I think you have a good idea here, but I wonder if taking this shot in the morning or later in the day would greatly improve the quality of the light. |

| nice idea, may have payed more attentition to the rule of thirds when framing the shot (house is fine im talking about the horizon) and the sky seems a bit overexposed. would have been nice to see more texture of the sky, but i am nit-picking great shot |

| Having the image split between the sky and forest detracts from the simplicity of the subject. |

| Not bad at all but this shot desperatly needs a more interesting sky for it to really hit the spot. Also the sky looks a bit, well not neccesarily overexposed (am at work and the monitor not really calibrated) but still too bright for this to work, IMHO. |
