Nice bee shot. I was surprized to see a shot with the same flower I used in the Stock Photography challenge. Bees really love Echium! (blue pride of madiera) |

Excellent depth of field, it really highlights your subject.
The composition with the bee slightly north of center is not as pleasing as it could be - if it's not dead center, I'd like to see it somehow set off in one of the third sections (maybe just cropping the top and right slightly). |

Nice job of capturing the light. I'd have preferred a touch more illumination on the flowers nearest the camera though. |

i don't have time to vote on this challenge, but i saw this while glancing through, and had to drop a comment... this is an amazing shot, i love the translucency of the bee, and the great detail of the not only the bee as a whole, but also the flowers. very nice |

Great texture of the bee, however it feels too centered in the picture. |

Always a fan of macros. I find the amount of absolute black and white in the frame a little distracting. Would have also like to see the hairs on the bee stand out a little more, and would be improved if the eye was not lost in the shadow below. But this shot is difficult and you should be proud of your result. |

Nice dof, the bee may be a tad blurry, I would have liked to see the wings completly stopped. |

Great closeup photo. The photo is very sharp and the color is good. I gave it a 10. |
