 I've never switched my entries before - my first one - in my profile was too minimal (and blurry) and this one my not be minimal (and too noisy). I liked them both and enjoyed the process.

(not in this order) Cropped, applied USM and gausian blur and a thin border; adjusted levels, hue, contrast, brightness, and saturation, and saved for the web

This is neat! I like th play of shadow, the crispness of the blossom. The balance of the composition bothers me some, I'd like to see it differently positioned. But overall, nice!

If the subject were proportionally smaller and off-center this would be a 9 or 10. Great colors and focus.

sure your hearing this a lot, but not minimalistic enough for me, veryvery nice shot however...love the colors, composition, and lighting--good luck

The the top left corner would be better if it was white instead of grey. The lighting needs to be a bit brighter.

Excellent, and so very simple. Without the shadows there would be no background, but with them the background is as big as the world. Super, a 10 from me.

I love the colors and the soft texture that you have captured here. The shadow of the branch is very dominating and seems to conflict with the main subject itself. Overall - nicely done.
