| what a life...sunning yourself on a rock all day! :) good sharp focus on the subject, but would like to see this with a shallower dof. the background is distracting a little too much from the subject |

| I haven't been going for the animal shots in the Mood category, but a few stand out - this is one of them. It really appears as though the lizard is amazingly content & happy sleeping there in the sun on the rock. Nice capture. (7) |

| Doesn't set a mood for me, subject is too similar in tone and texture to the background which hasn't been composed too well. |

| Flat lighting and fuzzy focus in background distract from this sleeping scene. Good textures. |

| don't be afraid to crop that right down to his head, I find the background really distracts, the saturated greens pull my eye from the main subject. It's a great expression, fits the challenge well - |

Although I don̢۪t say this is a bad picture I have scored this low.
Low in my book is not extremely low, but I guess there will be other people thinking the same way I do who don̢۪t leave a comment.
Don̢۪t take this the wrong way, this is my own opinion, and I am trying to let you understand what some voters may think.
In my opinion this does not meet the challenge, the description of the challenge: Take a picture that captures an emotion.
I looked hard, but I don̢۪t see an emotion. This could be my fault, but that̢۪s the reason why I voted lower as I would normaly do.
