 A stem of purple flowers (campanola or candola my mother called them, i do not remember which), cut to fill a glass, sitting in a white box. 500 watt tungsten and umbrella pointed into box to provide lighting.

(note: date on file is wrong; i keep forgetting to fix the date on my camera)

I think the white background is a bit bright. I think I would have liked to see a greater range of colours.

My teenaged daughter really liked this picture. I think the colors are beautiful, especially the blue of the vase. I think the picture would be a bit better if the vase were not "floating".

Nice image. Very colorful and creative. The image looks like it may have been altered a bit to look more animated. How did you do that?

Beautiful color, and very well photographed! I think the very faint pale blue in the background give a certain depth that might not otherwise be there if it were starkly white. Blue vase is a nice touch.

I think a different color background would enhance this picture thei white seems too bright and takes away from the colors of the flowers

Maybe a little oversaturated in the colors. But nice shot. Cropping a little tighter would make this stronger. -danny
