 This is not taken very late at night, but at that time of the night when the daylight was disappearing. This building is a shopping center in Kopavogur, Iceland.

too dark, the sky is ok and i like the dreamy look and color...but what is with the tower, it's too dark to see and only damages the image.

Great composition here! I don't like the reference in your title, but I understand you didn't want people to think it's not 'Late Night'. Just be careful: it's either "ten o'clock" or "22 pm".
The border works, too. 10.

What part of the world is this? I thought twilight was at dusk--early evening. The sky is gorgeous, anyway.
