As this is my first submission here I'm fairly pleased with the outcome, didn´t know what to expect. Maybe some of you rated it lower than usual because it wasn’t a late night shot in your opinion?

There is nothing odd about a land just because the sun̢۪s still up late at night ;) I took this picture between 21:00 and 22:00. I think a picture from the same time from most other parts of the world would qualify as a late night photo.

Gorgeous image. I love the reflection on the water and the texture of the waves.

Interpretations of "late at night" may vary but this photo appears to have been taken before sunset and therefore doesn't meet the challenge. Sorry.
Otherwise a pleasing photo.

Looks a little earlier than "Late Night," technically :) Still a great shot though! I'll give ya the benefit of the doubt, in case this is one of those places where it never quite gets dark!

the challenge REQUIRES "late night" and this would seem to be a sunset/dawn. Even if it IS the moon, which I doubt, then by color-shifting it you made it a sunset shot. It's a nice shot but doesn't fit this challenge IMO

The challenge was "Late Night" so, unless this is Alaska, I have a hard time seeing this as fitting the challenge. However, I do love the picture especially the "river" in the water.

Cutting it close, although I know where ever this was taken is quite a few times zones away from me, so Ill allow it and give it an upper middle rating. (7-8) Youll see, people will start talking like that
