Good composition except for cutting off the feet. Lighting is subtle, soft. Mood is powerful. |

I like the use of flesh tones throughout this image. The only thing I think that I'd change is to remove her bracelets; they seem to be the only thing in the picture that doesn't look organic. There are discolorations on your model's arms and legs which look like faded bruises. But because of the mood conveyed by the pose, this is probably an asset in this case. |

feels like the scenerio of her sleeping with someone she has feelings for but the other person doesnt feel the same about her... and kind of throws her feelings around. Am I the only one who sees this? maybe, but i like it |

No, sad is not the right word. I think perhaps shy and might be a better word. Well shot and tasteful. A little too monotone for my taste, but I think you intended that. |

I was wondering when I'd see the gratuitous nude :) I like this, but don't like how blown out the wall is. |

Nice composition. Properly sparse. I like the balance of hte girl and the bear and the continuous skin/earthtones. Well shot. |

kind of wish the vignetting was even in all the corners, but still it's a 10
... is that you, heida? |

Nice collection of browns, but something about it feels too setup rather than pulling us in to a shot making us ask what has happened. The overblown highlights don't quite work for me, although it does almost look deliberate. |

Wonderful tones and I really like the pose of your model but I'm not sure that cutting off her legs was the right thing to do. Looks like your lighting did not cover the entire image area and left a couple of dark spots in the upper corners. I'm sure the teddy bear has some symbolic meaning, but for me, it's inclusion in the photo makes the image less poignant and reduces it's impact. |

Very raw, emotional image.... the teddy bear adds a nice dimension. |

Oh... Wow! The model's pose is terrific. The shot itself is really not that bad but something is missing... The tones are off a bit. Good luck! |

evocative piece, with the pose and the color tones. sight vignet in upper right and left corners are very small flaws here. and were it not for the high contrasty wall, i'd give this a 10. but a 9 for an effort that I feel exceeded 95 percent of the shots entered in the challenge. |

hmmmmmmm what to say about this image...I generally like it..tones nice, set up ok, angle of body a bit awkward (feet chopped off) and dark areas in the top right and left corners distracting 5 |

Very moody, the light feels as though it just needs toning down a little to match the mood. For me this is stark |

Nice capture. I think the flash toward the ceiling or wall would have taken the excess shine off the woman and back wall. |

great idea...but there are a number of elements I'm not sure about...the bear, covers, toning. The pose and overall composition is great; not to mention the lighting effects. If desaturated/monochromed channel mixed really could be a high scorer |

Interesting photo, to bad I can not see the models expression. The shadow in behind her seems noisy or the wall over exposed. 8 |

You're right sad is not the right word. if you really wanted to portray sadness try having her curl up in a ball lying down. Makes it seem like she's in the fetal position. |

I really like this. The composition is great, the lighting right on and the emotion right in your face. |
