| One of my favorites of the challenge. I which I could see more of the horses legs. Maybe if you had laid on your belly you could have gotten more of the horse in the sky. But hey, great capture. Looks like my native Kentucky. |

| Lovely shot, nice silhouette. I'd have prefered the horse higher or lower in the frame. Colours could do with being a bit more vibrant, with help from PS. |

| looking at the way he's walking, doesn't look free, but gives me a more of a sad feeling which ia also seen with a sunset-mood .. the face is down, and not a very happy walking style.. |

This is a cool image, and I really like the colours & composition. Possibly cropping a little off the top and bottom would make it a bit stronger as well..
Unfortunatley with that title it's not a very good match for the challenge, but I like it anyway.. 7 |

Although I don̢۪t say this is a bad picture I have scored this low.
Low in my book is not extremely low, but I guess there will be other people thinking the same way I do who don̢۪t leave a comment.
Don̢۪t take this the wrong way, this is my own opinion, and I am trying to let you understand what some voters may think.
In my opinion this does not meet the challenge, the description of the challenge: Take a picture that captures an emotion.
I looked hard, but I don̢۪t see an emotion. This could be my fault, but that̢۪s the reason why I voted lower as I would normaly do.

| Love the colours in this. Not sure how to judge emotion in this, but free spirit is a lack there of, err kind-of ;-). So, good counter point. There is slight halo between your dark and light colours, which sometimes is caused by the camera and other times from over sharpening. Black is more associated with anger or negativism, which does not work with free spirit, this photo would work best in negative space. There is a lot f noise in the clouds, compared to the rest of the photo. 7. |
