 My Father, carrying my daughter back to our car.

We were visiting on Saturday and Phoebe did a runner up the street with Granddad in hot pursuit.

As she ran up the footpath I got the camera out of the car. I took about 10 shots as they went off up the path and up a drive, then swapped lenses and got this on the return trip.

This is a simply gorgeous photo if you ask me, so vote as you want, I'm happy. :-).

love this image. Probably the pure human emotion. Hope this does well. I could say crop here or change this or do this - but the moment you captured overwhelms everything else in the image and I think it should be just as it is. well done.9

Really nice catch. Typically I get bored of kid shots, but you got a great moment with the two expressions. Nice focus, action, cropping, light-position, and color. 9

I love it!!! What a feeling of warmth and closeness! Nice use of oof background and nice composition. The ONLY reason its not a 10 is because of the overall blue tone, but a 9 nonetheless! Great job!

Cute kid, and great expressions. I'm not entirely convinced with the cropping you've done however, as it seems to have killed some of the dynamic. This begs for a portrait orientation.

Background has been put out of focus successfully, but is still too distracting. Man's skin tone seems a bit gray. Composition doesn't quite work for me.
