FYI - the following is just my opinion!!

I love the colors, but overall it seems a bit blurred. Maybe if the shorline were more distinctive?

You need to do something to help this image to define where it is. Title is not good enough to do this.

What looks like sideways motion blur and a much smaller number of lights makes this much inferior to the other version I've seen submitted, even though I like getting a little blue on the water instead of black.
