I REALLY like the colors and lighting in this shot. This is one of the better shots I've seen, but it distracts me that the focus appears to be on her feet, rather than on her head or even back. The little toes are so clearly in focus!! I think perhaps that it is a depth of field issue and that changing your aperture setting may help resolve it. Great clear shot!! |

Reminds me of the 'dog sat in a hallway' shot from a while back that I liked so much, but couldn't put in words why.
Same applies here! Top stuff. |

It's a nice shot indeed (great light and use of over exposure) but I don't feel your mood is particularly strong here since there's little body langauage to connect with your title.. |

I like the focus and how it is only on the feet. Very effective |

I don't understand how the little girls pose conveys anxiousness. I need more context to fully get the gist of your photo. Perhaps the look on her face or something to indicate what she's looking out the window for. |

I've come back to this image about 8 times. I like the image a lot. I'm just not sure how it is conveying a mood or feeling. The shallow DOF used here is effective. But honestly, this angle of the image, does not convey enough information. She could be anxious, or she could be sleeping, or reaching for something; it's just not clear. I'm going to score this, giving you the benefit of the doubt, but I had to share my thoughts on this one. <6> |

Really like the composition and dof here - I even think the blown out window works well - add's to the mystery associated with whatever it is she's excitedly/anxiously waiting for. Good work! |

Doesn't create a mood for me, and I don't see anxiety. |

love the shot, wouldn't call it 'anxious' though. i'm also not sure about all the space in the bottom, though it does help draw attention to her feet |
