Thanks for the comments!
Kidyin -- the original was centered, but that composition seemed to be lacking something, and cropping it to make it off center just looked better to me. Rule of thirds, sort of. ;-)
Dave, you're "Under Cover Removal" a few months back on Fred's was a masterpiece (I assume that's the one you're referring to). You must have spent hours setting that up. As per my original comment, I was so pressed for time, I just couldn't reshoot when I realized I had some goofs in the setup.
Mavrik, Goodtempo, Bamaster & Kandyj -- same response, I wish I had had more time to attend to those details.
STEINR -- LOL, you're probably right.

There have been a lot of these, but this is one of the better ones. The offset in the composition helps a lot. |

A really good image. If I may be so bold as to make a couple of suggestions. This image is really relying on symmetry. Next time make the center circle perfect and the crayons line up perfectly. REALLLY hard to do. I know I did a similar shot with sharpie markers and it almost killed me. LOL. I like the white background and the shadows, you really exposed this well. I would have pumped the Saturation a little more but that is a personal thing. Overall I like the image.... Dave |

Good idea to center the picture out of the circle. I would have turned the yellow so the marks weren't showing - as all the rest seem perfect. |

the teeth marks in the yellow-gold crayon is distracting but nice composition and exposure

I like the circle. For some reason my eyes noticed the seam on some of the crayons. That could have been easily fixed. And are they in a certain order? |

Couldn't meet this challenge any better, eh? This is an excellent shot. Might have turned that one crayon (yellow orange on teh right) so that the two dents didn't show. 9 |
