This wouuld have been an interesting shot if the exposure was longer and a tripod or release cable used. A bit out of focus.

I like the tilt, it gives your image a dynamic touch and emphasises the curve. Unfortunately, the quality of your image is poor. It's blurry and there is a lot of noise. 6.

Interesting concept and angle, but seems like nothing is in focus.

This is a nice image. I feel you had a really interesting concept however since there was motion the image looks blurry. Nice work anyway.

Feels blurred, but if its intentional, not blurred enough

blurry, nice idea

Is it deliberatly shaky and out of focus? Is it handheld?

This apears to have been taken hand held as it is very blurry, nice try though. Unless you have a camera with IS always use a tripod for night shots.

Of the 37 out of focus shots, this could be the best! 3.

I like your composition and the blue lights. Assuming it is hand-held on purpose, the blurriness doesn't appeal to me.

Well, the basic idea isn't necessarily bad, and I much prefer stopped traffic to the somewhat overdone long-exposure shots I've been seeing (particularly because you seem to have grabbed a wide array of colors in the various lights on the cars), but the focus seems very poor, the colors are off, noise is visible, and the rotation, which *almost* works with the cars alone, throws the scene off because the lamp posts are also angled.
