I can't identify the theme of the challenge in this photo. It may have been taken at night, but there is nothing here that says "Late Night" in my opinion.

Frankly I don't see how this is a picture taken outside at night...
As for technical, the subject is soft... I am not very fond of the yellow cast here, but that's a personal choice..
