 Because the shot was taken at night with only the light of the flames, I have run it through Neat Image to reduce the noise generated by the 1600 ISO. I then applied some unsharp mask and tweaked the contrast and brightness.

I think a little bit of fill flash (with a lot of negative flash exposute compensation) wouldn't hurt here. Might give a little bit more contrast on the subjects. Might also bring out the viewers faces a bit more to give a spooky feel. their faces are only just visible and not recognizable as such without some effort. 7

Although this picture is rich with mood, it would be well on it's way to nightmarish if there was a more well-defined victim whose terror-stricken face was clearly visible.

Definitely has dreamlike quality. Lighting looks good and the focus is nice as well. Good stable shot. At first I thought I might like to see some more black in the shadows, as opposed to dark grey, but when you look closer there are lots of details that would get lost if you did that. So I changed my mind :-) nice shot!

Getting shots like this is very difficult, as the lighting is hard to get right. Unfortunately, I can't seem to work out what's going on here.
