 Used the S50 for this one with a 4 inch roll of mylar for a reflecting tube affixed to the lens.

I focused on a cactus plant. When I got the composition I liked, I cropped severely, and rotated for best composition. I used hue and saturation to tweak the colors a bit, and burned and dodged to give depth. That's about it.

Interesting abstract! I love the way you've used a tunnel of reflective material to interpret the subject. It's too bad that some of those menacing spikes are not as sharply focused as they are sharp. Worth a re-do, IMHO...

Nice concept and composition but I would have prefered to see some clear focus somewhere if frame.

cactus in a blender? ;) Wow. Very different. really not sure where to go with this one - its hard to interpret. Alot of creativity though. Ice? I'm giving you a 7 for now, but may bump later.

oh man, i saw the thumbnail of this and was thrilled, the image is a little blurry for me full size though, however blurry could be dream like... haha, great shot
