 I wanted something engaging for this challenge. With the idea of fireflies in a jar, I set up white twinkle lights on my back deck at night. The jar was held up in front of the lights to give the illusion, and some editing to remove distractions and voila! The reflection in the eyes weren't messed with at all.

at first it took me a second to realize what you had here, Those are fireflies right? I like the brightness in her eyes, I just wish since this seems fairly posed, that you had a solid background, especially where the jar is.

Great reflection and luminosity on the eyes. the dark blue part of the background, between the face and the jar is giving me issues, and I generally feel a simpler darker and uniformly toned background would have been more effective. the blurry and reflective jar top also distracts, imho. But very nice thinking behind the shot. 6

Ahhhhhh. . . . sweet memories from childhood! And the smile on her face looks like she is appreciating the innocence of chasing fireflies as well. I like it a lot.

Very nice. I really like the lighting on the models face and the reflections in her eyes. The blur at the top of the mason jar is a bit distracting as is the bluish cast between the jar and the face.

Good focus on face, but lack of focus on jar is really distracting me here. Probably intentional, but I don't like. Also slight colour cast (yellows) that could be removed in PS easily using colour balance tool - something i am only learning, but that I would probably do here to giove a more natural look.

A beautiful picture indeed. the glow on girl's face , the twinkles in her eyes & her smile.... every thing is just perfect. Love it, love it , love it :) = 10
Just out of curiousity, did u take an other shot where jar is in focus instead of girl? Would very much like to see that if possible.
