great composition, color, rythym, leading lines, interest. The focus could be a bit better... or maybe it was cropped? anyway.. nice work! |

Intense composition - the view is spectacular. Too bad you can't move the bigger tree, huh? :) Great job. |

nice, what would have happened with the capitol a little out of focus and the flowers more in focus???? |

I like the composition of this. The building in the background makes a good backdrop to the richness of the red flowers. Focus seems a bit soft of them, but it might just be my eyes! |

I really love the way in which you have composed this shot. It just goes to show that something as simple as choice of viewpoint can make all the difference. |

many of the pics for this challenge have been of flowers but yours seems to be one of the best due to the fact that you incorporated the building and all in the background. nice shot. |

Nice, but the limbs and the dome at the top distract and seem to pull away from some otherwise good composition. The lower part of the building with the statue there would, perhaps, have served as an ample background. Otherwise very good. |

Nice, but crop is too tight. Might also benefit from going a little lower. |

Lovely colour and great idea using these flowers leading up to the capitol building itself. DOF is just fine; visual impact is appealing; focus is fine; photograph shows good thought and imagination. |

This is a good photo subject but it would do better if it was larger. I'd also like to see more sky and less of the top of the building cropped. Lighting on the tulips seems a little harsh. Shooting when the sun is lower in the sky or if the sun is covered by a cloud would soften the light. |

Too bad the rich blue sky in interupted by the trees. Who plants these trees in the way anyway. :-) |

Very, very red. Somebody takes good care of those tulips, I think if the shot was brought up maybe 1/2 inch, not even, it would be a good effect. |

Great inclusion of building...
that's hard to incorporate. |

If the theme of this photo is the tulips, then they should be in focus and the building should be out of focus. |
