I'm not sure I figured out your triangle as a key element here. There just isn't the contrast I would like to make this picture pop.

Meets the challenge and reasonably well executed. Subject doesn't hold me though. Photo is pretty small. Suggest using all the pixels available to you. I think that might have helped some by showing some of the texture detail that got lost.
