Hello from the critique club! :)
This is a very interesting approach to the challenge. I like the originality in thinking.
The background is wonderful: clean, clear and give the impression the walnuts are floating.
The composition is nice. I like that the walnuts are not all in the center. The bottom weight of the photo is appealing.
The lighting seems a little off. The little bits are dark and not well focused. It detracts from an otherwise well done photo. |

| Interesting photo. I like the lighting on this, and the background is nice. The subject matter isn't highly aesthetically pleasing, though. |

| I originally gave this a 7, but I'm bumping it up to a 9, because I keep looking at it. I think it's clever and demonstrates pi very well. Not only that, I like its whimsy, and the lighting and composition are marvelous. Nice work! Hey too bad they're not pecans. We could have had pecan pi! |

| Very original. decent focus, but maybe a touch more DOF to detail the 0.1415 guys. I would like to see just a hint of light on the darker side to...just a touch. |
