I don't think that the background is the correct colour. The peel of the apple disappears into it.

The red background is too aggressive imo. The structure of the apple is a bit fuzzy.

I really like this idea! I feel like red background may not have been the best choice, perhaps a color the contrasted the color of the apple? The lighting also feels a little flat.

The red background makes the apple seem a little anaemic. Yellow or green or blue would have been more of a dramatic contrast.

This is really a clever idea and the apple is in perfect focus and the lighting is very good. I do think a different color background would have showed this off better. If this had been against a black background and perhaps with a title "The Stripper" it would have been in Ribbon territory!

I personally don't care for the bright red background in this shot, it distracts from the red of the apple, think maybe a plain white background would have worked better in my opinion.

not too keen on the red background here - a bit more contrast would have worked better i think. otherwise great.
