Concept: Humor: Stands even without the title, but is hurt by the composition.
Composition: Backlit background, shows too much fabric detail which becomes an element of the shot and hurts the overall. Crop/Negative space shows too much of the distracting fabric.
Challenge: Yes definitely. In fact redeeming quality here is the red cast on the main subject that lends a bit more interest to that area. |

| Had to think about this one, on the first go round I was not that impressed. However after returning I am bumping up. The title is what put me off at first, then after taking the time to consider it realized it was a commentary more than disinterest in your own shot. At any rate, sharp outlines, out of the box thinking and nice lighting for topic. |

| Definitely made me smile (as I sang along with the word to the song)! I never realized Barbie had such a pronounced forehead. Great idea & nicely done. IMHO, I would have chosen a different background, as it is almost distracting from the subjects themselves. Not sure whether it's the placement or what, but something about it seemed a little \"off\" to me. Sorry for the negative feedback, but like I said, I LOVE the idea (& the song) and overall I think it's a good pic. (5) |
