There is too much visible detail for this to be a true sillhouette, but this is a gorgeous photo. Maybe for a different challenge...?

This is a beautiful photo! Magazine cover beautiful! I think the silhouette aspect of it is not as strong as it could be for this challenge, but the awesomeness of it makes up for it. 9

Can't tell from the picture what the silhouette is of. It seems like this scene is sidelit instead of back lit as I would expect.

Not really a silhouette, in my opinion. There is too much detail and lightness left in the city. But it is a nice composition, just not fitting the challenge as is.

Is this the island of Kiz Kulesi in Istanbul, Turkey??? If so, I recognize this from The Amazing Race! I know two of the couples that competed on that show on CBS... and if this isn't one of the places they stopped, it's identical to it!

a beautiful picture of Istanbul, in my opinion it would have been a lovely darkish silhouette shot had you taken the maiden tower later in the day at sunset over from salacak..

Too much detail, meter the backround, increase teo stops and try it again.
