Concept: Hurts this image as a shadow cast on a sheet does not really come off as a sil.
Challenge: See above.
Composition: Centered but the crop helps to balance this technique.
Major Flaw: The concept relies on a smooth foreground and the sheet is way too apparent and wrinkled while the shadow is unevenly cast and further detracts from the potential. |

Although technically this IS a silhouette, I tend to look for sharp edges and defined shapes. Thisis just my personal opinion though. Good luck. |

This looks more like a shadow than silhouette to me. Silhouette should be dark with clear and sharp outlines to work well in my opinion. Nice shot though. |

This is not a silhouette, it's a shadow. . . there's a difference. |

I looks like the silhouette/shadow of someone behind a wrinkled sheet. OTher than that, there is not a lot here ot really grab the viewer's attention and make them remember your shot. Maybe a smoother "sheet" with a crisper focus/outline of the person, and even soem color would help make this more captivating. |

The sheet with all of its wrinkles is very distracting. The image behind it is not very clear. |

This is a great shot! Very nice job! I would have liked to see more in the vertical though. Very creative! |

iron the sheet. i find the hands the most interesting part, perhaps the rest of the body should be more defined by stepping closer - you are on to a good idea, just needs some more work. |

Nice. Escaping negative space has worked well here in this black and white. A more provocative or interesting object behind the sheet, would work very well here, male or female. 7 |
