 This shot is a replica of René Magritte's artwork "Les Belles Réalités" (1964). I've used a miniature table and tablecloth slightly inserted in the apple. The apple was then placed on a flat screen placed horizontaly on the desktop with the tripod/camera on top. Different skies has been shooted previously to allow the choice of an appropriate background for the composition.

Post processing: overal adjustment of level, contrast and colors. Resizing and croping.

almost missed this one
its great! very surrealistic
(too bad about the harsh reflection on the apple though and some ?stains in the blue is a minor)

Great capture. There seems to be a little noise and the bright spot on the apple. Otherwise great photo. 9
