A good group shot, but it's blown out in places and the duo tones or sepia is a little to rich, if your using photoshop, go back to the original and play around with the white in selective colors, or adjust the curves to reduce the intensity of the light, use layers if you have to.

great shot! My only advice would be to reduce the blown out highlight a bit on the guy top left. Great band shot though!
