 Well, what can I say? this was one 'wet n' wild' photo ;-P I pretty much dropped this poor unsuspecting apple into a large metal salad dish full of water. By the time I was done shooting, my porch, aswell as me and my camera, were soaked in water. And as for the apple, well, it pretty much turned to apple sauce. I know you can't literally SEE the apple, but I hope people will assume it's there.

I assume that there's an apple somewhere at the bottom that's providing the red coloration. This is an interesting shot to score, because it's got technical merit, and the color and splash effect add interest, but I think it kind of misses the point of the challenge (I wanted to see a *visible* apple somewhere, and all I see here is splash and red), making it the first one so far to score less than 5 base points.
