Thanks for the explanation. The correct title would have been: Das ist mein Apfel. Ja, ich weiß. Es ist ein grüner Apfel.

| Thanks for the comments and, as a number of people realized, I don't speak German (at least not well nor since high school). I just liked the German word for apple (Apfel) and the title just kinda took on a life of its own. Believe me, I got a great deal of personal amusement coming up with the title. After voting started, I realized that "wohnen" (to dwell) was not the word I was thinking of, but I was thinking of "weissen" (to know). I even got the umlaut wrong. Sigh. |

Uh... wat are you trying to say? If I translate this into English I get:
"This is my apple. Yes, I dwell. [It'st] a [green] apple.
(dwell=wohnen -> ich wohne. but "wöhne"?? Ich wöhne mich daran = I'm getting used to it. Also, green = grün, but a green apple = ein grüner Apfel.
I recommend not using internet translators anymore, even more so as the title doesn't add anything to your image.

| There are people that will mark you down for the title not matching your subject...I wonder how many narrow minded people knocked you down for it being in German and not English. Great image, wonderful colors and lighting. Good luck |
