 One of the two towers of the Mormon Temple in San Diego (built in 1992). I am not particularly fond of its architecture (it feels Disneylandish to me), but its dramatic lighting should hopefully fit the challenge well. We'll see...

Hi I live in San Diego also. Very nice picture. You should try catching it in the dawn hours of the day with just a slight overcast and a polarized lens Be prepared for the WOW factor. Again great shot.

Dude, this is wack...I never got back around to comment but you did the Mormon Temple here in San Dag just proper. Excellent shot and great choice for the challenge...it is getting harder and harder to figure out what the norm is around here.

I like your title. This is definitely a portrait of light and is very elegant and fine. I especially like the crisp focus and the colors of the light. Well done.
